Website information
This site describes Firequark software-development services, portfolio context, products and fixed-scope starting points. It is general information, not engineering, legal, compliance, financial or tax advice for a specific system.
Claims and availability
Capabilities marked as controlled beta, unavailable, proposed or future are not production commitments. Synthetic and fictional Growth OS records demonstrate software behavior and do not prove client outcomes, market demand or attribution.
Fixed-scope shop
Shop prices apply only to the named starting scope. Adding an item to a cart does not create a contract. Delivery begins only after Firequark confirms scheduling, prerequisites, the delivery contact and any applicable terms. Custom software requires a separate accepted proposal.
Stripe sandbox
The initial checkout release is limited to Stripe test mode. No real payment should be submitted or collected. A sandbox session is technical test evidence, not a paid order. Live checkout requires a separately approved release and updated customer-facing language.
Intellectual property
Site text, visual design and Firequark branding may not be copied as if they were your own. Ownership, licensing, third-party components and handover for client work are governed by the applicable project agreement, not a general statement on this page.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, submit malicious content, probe private paths without authorization or use the site unlawfully. Good-faith security concerns may be sent to sales@firequark.com without including secrets or exploit data in the first message.
Third-party services
Links and provider flows are governed in part by the third party's terms and availability. Firequark does not control an external provider's operation.
Liability and agreements
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Firequark does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free public-site operation. Any binding warranties, liability limits, dispute terms, refunds, ownership and service commitments belong in the accepted agreement for the specific purchase or project.
