Hosting is where accountability usually disappears
The site is slow. The agency says it is the host. The host says it is the application. You are in the middle, paying both. That conversation ends when the people who wrote the code also run the infrastructure.
We provision, harden, monitor and maintain what we build. When something is slow, there is exactly one team to ask, and the answer arrives with a graph attached.
Where software can function without a physical server
Cloud means your software runs without a machine you own — just the internet, and someone competent operating it. That is genuinely better for most companies. It is also a place where costs escalate silently, so we treat the monthly bill as an engineering metric and put it on the same dashboard as latency and errors.

Questions
Before you
commit.
Can you work with our current host?
Yes, including DreamHost, SiteGround, WP Engine and most shared providers. We work with what you have and only recommend a move when we can show you the arithmetic.
Do you resell hosting?
No. You own the accounts and pay the provider directly, at cost. We charge for the engineering, not for a margin on somebody else's server.
What is your uptime commitment?
Care-plan clients get monitoring, an on-call path and a written response-time commitment. We do not quote an uptime percentage for infrastructure a third party operates — that number would not be ours to promise.
Can you move us without downtime?
Almost always. Lowered DNS TTLs, dual-running, a verification window and a rollback point. Most migrations are invisible to users.
