Platform recommendation, honestly

Service 03 — Mobile applications
iOS, Android and hybrid. We build mobile apps on spec, on time and within budget — including the back-end services, the store submissions and the release process nobody warns you about.
Building a mobile app is a solved problem. Keeping one alive is not. Two operating systems deprecate things every year, two review processes can reject you for reasons nobody predicted, and every release is permanent in a way a website never is — you cannot hotfix an app somebody has not updated.
So we plan for the second year at the start: remote configuration so behaviour can change without a release, forced-update handling for the day you need it, and a back end that can serve three app versions at once because your users will be running three app versions at once.
Native gives you the best performance and full device access. Hybrid gives you one codebase and faster iteration. A progressive web app skips the stores entirely. We pick by what your app has to do — camera, background location and offline sync push toward native; a content or transactional app rarely needs it.
Deliverables
Native, hybrid or PWA, argued from your feature list and your budget rather than from what we prefer to write.
iOS and Android have different conventions. An app that ignores them feels wrong even when users cannot say why.
Auth, sync, push, storage and the API versioning that lets old app builds keep working.
Listings, screenshots, privacy declarations, review responses. We have been through the rejections.
Staged rollout, crash reporting, remote config and a forced-update path for the day you need one.
Events designed with you, so retention and funnel numbers mean something specific.
Shapes of the work
| Approach | Best for | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| Native iOS + Android | Performance, device access, long-lived products | Two codebases to maintain |
| React Native / Flutter | Shared logic, fast iteration, smaller budgets | Occasional native bridge work |
| Progressive web app | Simple tools, no store friction, instant updates | Limited device access, no store presence |
| Hybrid shell | Existing web app that needs a store listing | Feels like a website unless carefully done |
